Sydney DRAHY

Sydney is a long tenured industry entrepreneur. Founder of Cobra Alarme Automobile in 1982, which became the automotive reference and accessory leader in most of the automotive distribution channel in Europe. Sydney sold Cobra to CodeAlarm Inc – the US leader for automotive security products - in 1994. Then, He launched EUROCOM Systems in 1995 – a telecom sales network and sold it to Brighpoint Inc in 1998. Sydney has been involved in different telematics and mobile solutions projects before to acquire Maporama Assets and to create Maporama International SAS in November 2003.
He is graduated from the Paris engineering school EMIP.

Jean POULIT

Jean Poulit has been advisor to the Chairman of Maporama International and Managing Director of Development since January 2004. From 2003 to 2007, he was President of EUROGI (European Organisation for Geographic Information). Previously, he was Prefect, Regional Director of the facilities of Ile de France, and in this capacity carried out the Sirius information project on the Ile de France motorways. Afterwards, he was General Manager of the National Geographic Institute (NGI) and Chairman of NGI France International. In addition, Mr Poulit has held several government posts, including that of Service Manager for Road Use and Safety. During this period, he launched the “Bison Futé” project. He was also General Manager of the National Agency for Energy Conservation during the second oil crisis, during which he launched the “La chasse au gaspi” project.
Jean Poulit, graduated from the Polytechnic School in Paris and the National School of Bridges and Roads. He also wrote “Le territoire des hommes”.

Denis COHEN

Denis Cohen has previously held numerous posts, including that of Executive Vice-President of Navteq Europe, one of the world’s main suppliers of digital cartographic data for navigation systems and geolocalisation solutions. In 1997 he joined Navteq, where he acted as Executive Manager within the sales and marketing team covering Europe, Japan and the US. He was previously responsible for sales and marketing on the market for active components for CAO electronic software and management software for Texas Instruments and Thomson CSF.
Denis Cohen, graduated from the Higher National School of Electronics and Radioelectricity of Bordeaux (1965) and holds a degree in mathematics and physics.

Thierry FLAJOLIET

Thierry Flajoliet has gained vast international experience of the software and high-tech industries. He has held various positions, including that of Chairman and CEO of Atempo, publisher of protection software for computer data. Before joining Atempo, Mr Flajoliet was Vice-President responsible for digital products and new services at Thomson, General Manager of the Monetics Group and Securitised Transactions at Thales and General Partner at KBC Private Equity in Paris and Brussels. Before that, he held various managerial posts at Thomson in France, Singapore and the US. More recently, he was Financial Director and Head of Operations involving Neotion, leading company in the field of digital television.
Thierry Flajoliet, graduated from the Polytechnic School and the Higher National School of Telecommunications in Paris and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
